1. $50.00 minimum order.

2. Net 30 on approved credit unless otherwise specified on the invoice.

3. Manufacturer reserves the right to change price and/or terms without notice.

4. Manufacturer reserves the right to cancel or approve all orders.

5.All claims for damage or shortage, resulting from common carrier transit, should be filed immediately with the delivering carrier upon receipt of merchandise.

6. All returns and claims must be authorized by factory personnel. Returns may be subject to re-stocking charge. Returned merchandise will be replaced or credit given.
