Q: What are foam-inflated tires?
A: Our foam-inflated flat-proof tires are
manufactured using the patented, variable-density Interbond
process. They are specifically designed for use with 2
piece wheels on 3 and 4 wheel scooters and power wheelchairs.
Q: What are SuperliteTM Complete
Assemblies?
A:
Our Superlites are complete foam-inflated tire and wheel
assemblies for popular rear and mid-drive wheelchairs by most
companies in the industry. They eliminate installation
headaches and save you and your customers time and money.
Q: What
are airfree innertubes?
A: Our EZN™ Airfree inner tubes (inserts) are designed for
use with conventional rubber tires to eliminate flats, blowouts,
and pressure loss forever! The evolutionary EZN™ is very
lightweight and incorporates state-of-the-art design.
Make installation easy with the EZN™.
Q: What
materials are used for inflated tires and airfree innertubes?
A: All tires and innertubes are made from our exclusively
blended polymer Endurothane II™ with its fine micro-cellular
structure that's light as a feather and tougher than nails.
Q: Why
use foam-inflated tires instead of the traditional pneumatic
tire and tube?
A: Foam inflated tires eliminate unnecessary tire
emergencies by using "Airfree" tubes, SuperliteTM, and foam
inflated tires. You'll never have to check tire pressure again!
Q: Will
weather condition affect the performance of the foam-inflated
tires?
A: Our material will maintain it's physical from -50 degrees
to +150 degrees Fahrenheit and will not break down.
Q: Will
heavy weight affect the performance of the foam-inflated tires?
A: With our system, the foam-inflated tire will always act
as if it is fully inflated, even under heavy loads.
Q: Due to
the nature of the foam-inflated tire, it is heavier than the
pneumatic tire; will the tire wear out faster, and battery run
out faster?
A: Because our foam-inflated tires always act as if they are
fully inflated, it will offer you longer tire wear. The battery
life and the range between charges is longer.
Q: Why
foam-inflated tires instead of the "carefree" solid tires?
A: The solid carefree tires have the limit to flatten out
under the heavy loads, bulge out on the side wall, roll off
their rims with side loads and so on. The foam-inflated tires
do not have these limitations since we use a rubber tire having
its metal embedded in the tire bead for strength and
dependability.
Q: How
about the traction and tire life in comparing the foam-inflated
tires and solid carefree tires?
A: Because foam is used to inflate the rubber tire, our customers
appreciate the traction they get, particularly in the presence
of any liquid. Solid carefree tires can slip. Plus, certain
lubricants and solvents can attack, defoam and degrade the
surface of the solid carefree tire, directly affecting the
integrity of the tire and its rolling ability. But this just
doesn't happen with a rubber tires. In terms of tire life, we
are getting longer wear compared with the solid carefree tires
and that means less maintenance and better service.
Q: Are
airfree inserts easy to install?
A:
Yes. Download the easy installation guide

Q: What
if I can't find a dealer near me?
A: Please contact a
distributor near you. Or call us
directly and we will find a dealer to serve you.
